Euroeste at the VIII meeting of the Joint Comission of Bilateral Monitoring Portugal-Venezuela
Euroeste, through its President, Pedro Garcia de Matos, was present in Caracas, capital of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, at the VIII meeting of the Joint Comission of Bilateral Monitoring Portugal-Venezuela, to sign an intentions letter with the objective of developing an integral complex of meat production.
At Casa Amarela (it means Yellow House), headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Venezuela, in a session chaired by the Venezuelan Foreign Minister, Elías Jaua, and the Portuguese Prime Minister, Paulo Portas, several agreements with Portuguese companies were signed.
Euroeste signed, together with state company PDVSA Agrícola, a letter of intent aimed to focus on the development of economic, financial and technical feasibility studies for the development of a project that includes premix factory, feed mill, livestock, meat production complex, wastewater treatment plant with energy production facility and laboratory analysis, among other essential systems to the logistics component of the entire project. This meat production complex will be responsible for creating 175 jobs with technology and training provided by Euroeste, in Portugal and in Venezuela.
