Pedro Garcia de Matos interviewed by weekly newspaper Expresso
The weekly edition of Expresso published in the Economy section an article about Euroeste, which resulted from an interview with Pedro Garcia de Matos, the president of the company.
Several topics were covered, among which stands out the link between livestock and agriculture and the internationalization of the company.
Euroeste's intention to manage the assets that are part of the ill-stopped from the Portuguese banking sector was also highlighted, particulary regarding agricultural properties and livestock production, taking advantage of the land and existing infrastructures, and developing effectively the respective activities, valuing the assets for a future sale.
Santo António's farm, Euroeste's project in Angola, is also mentioned. This project is located in the region of Quibala and is a result of a partnership with Fernando Teles, chairman of BIC Angola.
